Arrow Go is designed around offline puzzle play. Your game progress and settings can be stored locally on your device. We do not operate an Arrow Go account system or require you to submit personal information to play.
Information We Collect
We do not directly collect personal information such as:

- Contacts or phonebook information
- Photos, videos, messages, or files
- Precise GPS location
- Passwords or payment card details
Arrow Go does not require an account. If you contact us by email, we may receive the information you choose to include in that communication and use it only to respond to your request.
Game Data & Local Storage
Game-related information such as unlocked levels, stars, best scores, settings, hint/undo counts, and other gameplay preferences may be stored locally on your device so the game can remember your progress.
We do not upload your puzzle solutions or local game progress to our own servers.
Advertising · Google AdMob
Arrow Go may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ads help support the game and may include rewarded ads. For example, after your free Hint or Undo uses are exhausted, you may choose to watch an advertisement to receive one additional Hint or Undo.
Depending on the ad configuration, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as an advertising identifier, device information, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and information needed to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising. The exact data handling depends on Google's current advertising products, your device settings, your region, and the consent choices presented to you.

Analytics & Diagnostics
Arrow Go does not intentionally send your personal game data to us for analytics. If analytics or crash-reporting services are added to a future version, this policy will be updated before or when those services are introduced.
Third-party SDKs used by the game may process technical information according to their own privacy policies. We aim to keep such services limited to legitimate app functionality, diagnostics, security, and performance needs.
Permissions
Arrow Go is designed not to require access to sensitive device features such as your camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, or precise location for normal puzzle gameplay.

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the game's storage, reset the game where that option is available, or uninstall Arrow Go.
Because Arrow Go does not require an account, there is normally no Arrow Go account or personal profile for us to delete from our servers. Information retained by independent third-party providers is subject to their own retention and deletion practices.
Children's Privacy
Arrow Go does not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

Security
